2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content such as Google Fonts, YouTube or Vimeo. Fonts, images and videos are delivered from our own web space. We only process personal data where this is necessary to run the website and to answer your inquiries.

3. Hosting and delivery (Cloudflare)

This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and device information, and the referring page. The purpose is the secure, stable and fast delivery of the website and protection against attacks.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website).
  • Data processing agreement: We have concluded a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with Cloudflare in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
  • Transfer to the USA: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). The agreement additionally provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Retention: Cloudflare stores this data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated and deletes it afterwards. Details are given in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Inquiry form

If you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the information you enter: area, service, name, company, email address, phone number (optional), budget, timing, location and project description.

The information is transmitted in encrypted form to our website function at Cloudflare (see section 3) and forwarded to us as an email via the email service Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany; a company of Sendinblue SAS, Paris). The information is not stored on the website itself. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo processes the data on servers in the EU; where Brevo's sub-processors operate outside the EU, this is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Purpose: handling and answering your inquiry, preparing an offer.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
  • Retention: We delete your information once your inquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Brevo automatically deletes the sending log and the stored copy of the email after [PLACEHOLDER: value from Brevo → Transactional → Retention rules, e.g. 1 month].

5. Contact by email or phone

6. Videos, images and fonts

All videos, images and fonts are hosted on our own web space at Cloudflare (see section 3). No data is transferred to video platforms or font providers.

7. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn

We link to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. These are plain links without embedded content; no data is transferred to these networks when you visit our website. Only when you follow a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

8. No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies, store no information in your browser (e.g. local storage) and use no analytics, advertising or tracking services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). A message to info@fg-visual-productions.com is sufficient.

11. Right to lodge a complaint
